Enja
13.07 metres of Swedish performance cruiser, drawn by Thomas Bern and built at Comfort Båtar in Arvika, now sailed out of Bergen on the Norwegian west coast.
Four plates and a specification: her rig, her deck, what is below, and the half of her nobody sees.

The rig
Computed from her sail letters
A 9/10 fractional sloop: main 44 m² · genoa 53 m², and an air draft of 19.1 m — antennas and all — that decides which bridges she fits under. The drawing is not a picture of a rig — it is her sail letters, drawn to scale.

On deck
The builder's drawing, traced
A long cockpit with the winches where the helm can reach them, teak underfoot, and a coachroof low enough to see over standing at the wheel. Everything that comes back to the cockpit comes back on one side, which is what makes her a boat two people can sail and one person can hold.
Below
A cutaway and plan of the class
Swedish joinery and teak: a V-berth forward, two cabins aft, a U-shaped saloon around a table that seats the whole crew, and a galley to port at the foot of the companionway, where a cook braces against the sea instead of falling across it. The chart table faces forward, to starboard.

Under water
A profile of the class
2.10 m of draft, three tonnes of lead down in the fin, and a spade rudder behind it — fin keel with a spade rudder, on 11.5 m of waterline. This is the half of the boat that does the work, and the half nobody sees between one lift-out and the next.

A profile of the class — the keel Enja carries, drawn undimensioned. Her own figure is 2.10 m in sailing trim, 2.15 m loaded.

Gathered from the data sheets published for the Comfortina 42 on the internet rather than measured aboard, and converted from the feet and pounds they are printed in; the ratios are dimensionless conventions and are quoted as they stand. They put the class at 9,200 kg where her papers say 9,300, so read this block as the shape of the boat rather than as measurements of this one.
Every figure in the sheet above is from Enja's own papers, and brought up to date where she has been changed since they were written; the block beside it is not hers at all, and says so. The sail plan and the deck plan are drawn from her numbers. The pictures on the cover and on plates 03 and 04 are renderings of the class rather than of this particular boat, and some of them have been enhanced with AI — sharpened, cleaned up, and in the cover's case reflagged, because the rendering carried a Swedish ensign and Enja is registered in Bergen. Where anything published about the Comfortina 42 disagrees with her papers, the papers win.
